Refunds
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd does not provide refunds due to a change of mind, change of preference, incorrect selection by the customer, or any other reason not attributable to Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd.
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the product details, specifications, pricing, and order information before completing their purchase.
Credit Notes
At the sole discretion of Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd, and only under exceptional circumstances approved by management, a Credit Note may be issued instead of a cash refund.
Any Credit Note issued:
- Is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- May only be redeemed against future purchases from Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd.
- Must be used within the validity period stated on the Credit Note, if applicable.
- Is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd.
Baloon.LK (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this Refund Policy or any applicable Terms and Conditions.
